Lamb and apricot tagine, with spicy roasted squash, and cous-cous. The red wine went very well with it. In the background is our dessert. I didn&#8217;t make it, Mr Tesco did. Mussels in a garlic and white wine sauce, accompanied by bread and butter, olives, cheese stuffed peppers, and a few other bits and pieces.
